缓坡斜巷无轨车辆失速保护系统的应用

Application of stall protection system for trackless vehicle in gentle slope inclined roadway

长距离连续下坡斜巷无轨胶轮车由于缺少有效的保护装置,车辆运行存在极大的安全隐患。陕西榆林杭来湾煤矿副斜井长距离连续下坡运输的状况,在副斜井井筒内设置一种车辆拦截保护系统。当无轨胶轮车发生失速时,拦截保护系统启动,使车辆平稳减速制动。使用效果表明,该系统能极大地提高无轨胶轮车运输的安全性。无轨胶轮车失速保护系统的成功应用,填补了国内无轨胶轮车辆运行缺乏有效保护的空白,对解决当前煤矿井下无轨胶轮车跑车事故效果显著,具有较大的安全效益和社会效益。可为类似无轨运输的矿井提供借鉴与参考。

Due to the lack of effective protection device,the running of trackless rubber tyred vehicle in long-distance continuous downhill inclined roadway has great potential safety hazard.According to the condition of long-distance continuous downhill transportation in the auxiliary inclined shaft of Hanglaiwan Coal Mine,a vehicle interception protection system is set up in the auxiliary inclined shaft.When the trackless rubber tyred vehicle stalls,the interception protection system starts and makes the vehicle decelerate and brake smoothly.The application results show that the system can greatly improve the safety of trackless rubber tyred vehicle transportation.The successful application of the stall protection system of trackless rubber tyred vehicle fills the blank of the lack of effective protection for the operation of trackless rubber tyred vehicle in China,and can effectively solve the accidents of trackless rubber tyred vehicle in coal mines,which can provides reference for similar trackless transportation mines.
