摘要 为降低矿井煤炭生产运输成本,基于网络视频识别技术,研究设计出一套煤矿井下运输皮带闭环自适应变频调速控制系统。该系统通过采集胶带机现场视频信号,获取皮带煤流信息,并根据胶带机来煤量及到达时间,合理调整电机转速,使胶带机运行速度与煤量达到最佳匹配。神东煤炭集团大柳塔煤矿通过应用此系统,实现了胶带机上位机实时监控、大块煤自动识别及报警和自适应皮带调速控制等功能,且通过对比分析使用自适应变频调速系统前后的吨煤电耗数据,表明矿井使用胶带机自适应变频调速系统,可大大节约煤炭生产运输时的吨煤电耗;同时也能降低运输设备损耗,提高设备有效利用率,达到煤炭生产“节能降耗、降本增效”的目的。 In order to reduce the cost of coal production and transportation,based on the network video recognition technology,a set of closed-loop adaptive frequency control system of coal mine transportation belt is designed.The system obtains the coal flow information of the belt conveyor by collecting the on-site video signal,and reasonably adjusts the motor speed according to the coal quantity and arrival time of the belt conveyor,so as to make the running speed of the belt conveyor match the coal quantity best.Through the application of this system in Daliuta Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group,the functions of real-time monitoring of upper computer of belt conveyor,automatic identification and alarm of large coal,and adaptive belt speed control are realized.Through the comparative analysis of the data before and after using the belt conveyor adaptive frequency control system in the mine,it shows that the power consumption per ton of coal in coal production and transportation is greatly saved,the loss of transportation equipment is reduced,the effective utilization rate of equipment is improved,and the purpose of“energy saving and consumption reduction,cost reduction and efficiency enhancement”in coal production is achieved.
