摘要
为了解决煤矿掘进工作面自动化改造过程中存在的诸多难点,全面阐述掘进工作面设备的自动化改造方向及技术手段。煤矿掘进工作面设备的移动特性较高,巷道掘进过程中前方地质条件复杂且无法全部探明,生产过程中粉尘浓度高可见度低,致使在掘进设备控制的远程化与无人化改进方面存在较大困难。移动设备的数据上传,连续掘进机的行走导航,低可见度下运行设备的视频监控,运煤车辆(梭车)的自动驾驶等问题都是制约掘进工作面无人化改造的技术难点。针对当前煤矿掘进工作面使用的设备和生产工艺,利用现有科学技术,探索将掘进工作面设备进行自动化控制功能改造的方法,以实现煤矿掘进工作面的少人化,为未来智慧矿山模式下的无人化生产奠定基础。
In order to solve many difficulties existing in the automation transformation process of coal mine tunneling face,the automation transformation direction and technical means of the tunneling face equipment are comprehensively expounded.Due to the high mobility of the tunneling equipment in coal mine,the complicated geological conditions in front of the roadway during the tunneling process and the high dust concentration and low visibility in the production process,it is difficult to improve the remote control and unmanned control of the tunneling equipment.Data upload of mobile equipment,navigation of continuous roadheader,video monitoring of equipment in low visibility,and automatic driving of coal transport vehicle(shuttle car)are the technical difficulties restricting the unmanned transformation of tunneling face.In view of the equipment and production technology used in the current coal mine tunneling face,using the existing science and technology,this paper explores the automatic control method of the equipment in the tunneling face,so as to realize the less people of the coal mine tunneling face and lay the foundation for the unmanned production in the future intelligent mine mode.
