摘要 提高效率,节能安全是煤矿生产中最重要的问题。随着国家大力推广低碳节能技术的应用,传统上的高耗能、高污染的设备必须进行一定的技术改造。针对煤矿中常用的机电设备往往长时间处于满负荷运转的状态下,产热会大大降低设备工作效率等问题,通过对煤矿机电设备进行变频技术的改造,显著提升了设备的运行效率,减少了能源的消耗量。基于此,文章阐述了变频技术节能改造中涉及到的主要技术问题,并结合煤矿机电设备中变频技术实现设备的节能运用情况,提出了一些意见和建议,以期为相关领域提供参考,促进煤矿机电设备技术的发展。 Improving efficiency,energy saving and safety are the main development direction in coal mine production.With the vigorous promotion of low-carbon energy-saving technology,the traditional high energy consumption and high pollution equipment must be transformed.Coal mine commonly used mechanical and electrical equipment is often in full load operation for a long time,heat production will greatly reduce the efficiency of the equipment.Through the frequency conversion technology transformation of coal mine electromechanical equipment,the operation efficiency of the equipment is significantly improved,and the energy consumption is reduced.Based on the practical application and energy-saving situation of frequency conversion technology in coal mine electromechanical equipment,the main technical problems in the energy-saving transformation of frequency conversion technology are discussed,and some opinions and suggestions are put forward,which can provide reference for promoting the development of coal mine electromechanical equipment technology.
