郭家滩煤矿无害化开采技术体系构建

摘要 为实现煤炭开采对环境损伤的最小化,推广保水采煤技术,可以实现对含水层、生态环境的零损伤,做到安全开采和资源充分利用。系统阐述了郭家滩煤矿开展无害化开采的条件,论证了实现无害化开采的可行性。针对无害化开采的内涵,提出了安全、高效、绿色、节约四大全周期全价值链无害化技术体系。其中,安全和高效技术体系体现了对矿工生命与健康的无害化,绿色和节约体现了对生态环境的无害化。构建和形成一套无害化开采技术创新试验标准体系,可以为提升我国煤炭安全绿色、高效智能开采技术水平提供示范。 In order to minimize the environmental damage caused by coal mining,the promotion of water-preserving coal mining technology can achieve zero damage to the aquifer and ecological environment,and reach safe mining and full utilization of resources.Through analyzing the conditions of harmless mining in Guojiatan Coal Mine,the feasibility of realizing harmless mining is analyzed.In view of the connotation of harmless mining,four full cycle and full value chain harmless technology systems of safety,high efficiency,green and saving are put forward.Among them,the safe and efficient technology system reflects the harmlessness of miners’life and health,and the green and saving reflect the harmlessness of ecological environment.The construction and formation of a set of harmless mining technology innovation test standard system can provide a demonstration for improving the level of safe,green,efficient and intelligent coal mining technology in China.
