朝鲜参与“一带一路”建设:动因、优势与挑战

DPRK’s Participation in the Belt and Road Initiative:Motivation,Advantages and Challenges

作为中国重要邻国,朝鲜近年参与“一带一路”建设的意愿持续增强,深入到贸易畅通、民心相通等领域。对朝鲜来说,利用自身优势积极参与“一带一路”建设,能够起到促进本国经济发展以及扩大对外合作、融入国际社会的作用,但在此之前需要妥善应对核问题不利影响、对“一带一路”建设认知不够全面准确、经济管理模式不利于对外经济合作等现实挑战。有鉴于此,中国可构建全方位、多层次的“一带一路”国际传播机制,讲好“一带一路”故事,使朝鲜社会对其有足够了解和正确认知。

Since China put forward the(Belt and Road Initiative)BRI initiative in 2013,neighboring countries have paid close attention to the construction and development of BRI.As an important neighbor of China,the DPRK has shown increasing willingness to participate in the construction of the BRI in recent years,deepening trade and people-to-people exchanges.For DPRK,to actively participate in the construction of BRI can promote its economic development and expand its foreign cooperation to integrate into the international community.But before that,the negative impact of the nuclear issue should be properly handled and some misunderstanding of BRI from DRPK and problems in its economic management model should be also dealt with.In view of that,China should work to build up multi-level international communication mechanism and tell the story of BRI well so that the Korean society can have a sufficient and correct understanding of it.
