摘要
为避免千斤顶附件(通液座)焊接对精加工后的缸筒内孔尺寸和圆度造成影响,从增加刚性拘束、预留反变形和控制焊接热输入等角度研究适用于精加工后缸筒附件焊接的生产工艺。研究表明:仅采用I=140~160 A、U=20~22 V、v=210~230 mm/min的小规范MAG焊接工艺,无法保证产品质量,缸筒内孔依然会出现最大0.3 mm的焊接变形;采用小规范焊接并借助拘束工装预制0.8~1.2 mm横向反变形,则可以有效控制焊接变形,保证缸筒内孔尺寸和圆度均符合设计要求。
In order to avoid the influence of jack accessory welding on the size and roundness of inner hole of the cylinder after finish machining,the welding production technology suitable for the finished cylinder accessories was studied from the point of view of increasing rigid restraints,reserving reverse deformation and controlling welding heat input.The research shows that the product quality cannot be guaranteed only by using the small specification MAG welding process of I=140~160 A,U=20~22 V and v=210~230 mm/min,and the maximum welding deformation of 0.3 mm will still appear in the inner hole of cylinder.The welding deformation can be effectively controlled by using small specification welding and prefabricating 0.8~1.2 mm transverse reverse deformation with restricted tooling,so as to ensure that the size and roundness of inner hole of the cylinder meet the design requirements.
