摘要 长链非编码RNA(Inc RNA)是一类不具有蛋白编码阅读框、不能被翻译成特定蛋白发挥作用的RNA分子。研究发现,lncRNA具有恒定的组织特异性,并且在不同肿瘤的恶性生物学特征中发挥着重要作用。随着研究的不断深入,小核仁RNA管家基因9(RNA SNHG9)已被证实能够通过不同的作用机制在诸如非小细胞肺癌、胶质母细胞瘤、胰腺癌、卵巢癌以及前列腺癌中发挥作用,或者作为良好的生物标志物为相关肿瘤的临床诊疗提供可靠依据,因此具有很高的研究价值和前景。该文对国内外SNHG9在不同肿瘤中的最新研究现状进行综述。 Long non-coding RNA(Inc RNA)is a type of RNA that do not contain a protein coding reading frame and cannot be translated into a specific protein to play function.LncRNA has constant tissue specificity and plays an important role in the malignant biological characteristics of different tumors.Recent studies have found that a long non coding RNA SNHG9 has been proved to play roles in different tumor such as non-small cell lung cancer,glioblastoma,pancreatic cancer,ovarian cancer and prostate cancer through different molecular mechanisms,or as a good biomarker to provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.So SNHG9 has high research value and prospects.In this paper,make a brief summary of the research status of SNHG9 in various tumors.
