健脾理气方对糖尿病消化不良的临床疗效及对GAS、MLT的影响

Effect of Jianpi Liqi recipe on diabetic dyspepsia and its effect on blood lipid level

目的:观察健脾理气汤治疗糖尿病消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组40例,治疗组采用健脾理气方,每日一剂,分两次服用,每周6次,连续服用4周;对照组用枸橼酸莫沙必利,每次5 mg,每日3次,连续服用4周。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后,患者主观症状(早饱、腹胀、上腹部灼烧感、上腹部疼痛)得分情况;治疗前后,两组空腹血糖(fasting blood-glucose,FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour post-meal blood glucose,2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin A1C,HbA1c)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein,HDL-C)、胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、胃动素(melatonin,MLT)含量变化。结果:两组早饱、腹胀、上腹部烧灼感、上腹部疼痛得分均呈下降趋势,组内比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组胃排空率均升高,治疗组显著升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C显著下降(P<0.05);两组治疗后GAS、MLT含量均明显上升,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾理气方治疗糖尿病消化不良疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Liqi decoction on diabetic gastroparesis.Methods:Eighty pa⁃tients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The treatment group used Jianpi Liqi recipe one dose a day,divided into two doses,taking it 6 times a week for 4 weeks;the control group was given mosapride citrate,5 mg each time,3 times a day for 4 weeks.The scores of subjective symptoms(early satiety,abdominal disten⁃sion,burning sensation in the upper abdomen,pain in the upper abdomen)of the two groups of patients before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment mere recoroled;before and after treatment,the two groups of fasting blood-glucose(FBG),2-hour post-meal blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin A1C(HbA1c),and total cholesterol(total choles⁃terol,TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),gastrin(GAS),gastric Changes in the content of melatonin(MLT)mere noted.Results:The scores of early satiety,abdominal distention,burning sen⁃sation of upper abdomen and pain of upper abdomen showed a downward trend in the two groups,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the gastric emptying rate of the two groups increased,and the increase in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05);the TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C in the treatment group decreased more significantly after treatment(P<0.05);tThe contents of GAS and MLT increased significantly after treatment,and the dif⁃ference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Liqi decoction is effective in treating diabet⁃ic dyspepsia and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical use.
