摘要 为解决最优潮流运行的负荷随机需求与风电的间歇性出力等不确定性,进行了配电网的鲁棒最优潮流研究。首先,构建考虑网损成本及主网购电成本的鲁棒最优潮流模型。然后,采用非精确迪利克雷模型挖掘历史数据构造盒式不确定集,描述风电-负荷不确定性。其次,对非凸非线性模型进行二阶锥松弛,采用对偶理论、大M法进行单层线性化推导,得到可行域为二阶锥空间的单层锥优化模型,通过商用求解器求解得出最优潮流方案。最后,在IEEE 33节点系统中验证了模型与方法的有效性。 To handle the uncertainties such as random load demand and intermittent output from wind power during the operation of optimal power flow,the robust optimal power flow in distribution network is studied.First,a robust optimal power flow model is constructed considering the cost of network loss and the price of electricity purchase from the main network.Then,the imprecise Dirichlet model is applied to mine the historical data to build a box-type uncertainty set so that the uncertainties in wind power-load can be described.The second-order-cone-relaxation technique is introduced to process the non-convex nonlinear model.Furthermore,the strong dual theory and big-M method are employed to derive a single-layer linear model.As a result,a single-layer cone optimization model with a second-order-cone feasible region is obtained,which can be directly solved by a commercial solver to find the optimal power flow scheme.Finally,the validity of the proposed model and method is verified by an IEEE 33-bus system.
