核心城市引力作用与土地扩张耦合效应研究:以长三角地区为例 被引量:2

摘要 在核心城市土地迅速扩张及城市群多中心网络化背景下,探究核心城市引力作用与土地扩张的内在联系具有重要现实意义。文章通过改进引力模型和构建耦合度模型等对核心城市引力作用与其土地扩张的耦合效应进行研究,结果表明:①不同指标耦合显示,城市相互引力与建设用地扩张强度耦合效应较强;②阶段耦合分析发现,伴随核心城市发展由起步走向成熟过程中,其相互作用引力先增强后减弱最终趋于稳定,并与建设用地扩张耦合效应逐渐加强;③引力分级结果表明,耦合效应较强阶段,上海和苏州的相互引力较强,杭州对苏州和上海的辐射引力较强。 In the background of rapid land expansion of core cities and multi-center network of urban agglomeration,it is of great practical significance to explore the internal relation between the urban attraction and land expansion of core cities.By improving the attraction model and constructing the coupling model,the coupling effect of attraction and land expansion of core cities is studied.The results of the study indicate that:①The coupling of different indicators shows that the coupling effect between urban mutual attraction and construction land expansion intensity is strong.②Phase-coupling analysis shows that,with the development of the core city from the beginning to maturity,the mutual attraction first strengthened and then weakened and finally stabilized,during which process the coupling effect with the expansion of construction land was gradually strengthened.③Attraction grading results show that in the rapid expansion of the city in the past decade,Shanghai and Suzhou had strong mutual attraction,while Hangzhou had strong radiation attraction to Suzhou and Shanghai.
