风力机舱体启停过程中的振动特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 当风力发电机组启停过程中的固有频率与外部荷载以及叶轮激励作用频率重合时,会导致共振现象,产生较大的疲劳损伤,对机组的安全运行造成了相当大的影响。通过三维建模软件对风力发电机组进行仿真建模,将模型导入动力学分析软件来模拟启动和停止过程的振动特征,获取运行过程中不同阶次的振动频率数据,对风力机在启动和停机工况下的振动特点和振动模式分别进行分析,为风力发电机组运行的优化设计提供了参考。 When the natural frequency of wind turbine is coincident with the frequency incented by the external load and impeller during the start-stop process of the wind turbine,it will lead to resonance phenomenon,resulting in greater fatigue damage,which has a considerable impact on the safe operation of the turbine.The model of the wind turbine created by 3D modeling software is imported into the dynamic analysis software to simulate the vibration characteristics of turbine during the start and stop process,and the vibration frequency data of different orders during the process are obtained.According to the data obtained above,the vibration characteristics and vibration modes of the wind turbine under the starting and stopping conditions are analyzed respectively,which can provide certain reference for optimization design of wind turbines.
