摘要
传统聚落是自然环境和人居环境的完美融合,聚落风貌特色通常是多种要素以三维的形式和自然环境长期相互作用的结果,因此聚落风貌的三维空间生成模拟和控制研究是该领域的关键技术。本研究基于数字孪生技术,从聚落风貌控制、聚落实体、聚落虚体3个方面构建一个三维的数孪风貌控制系统和研究管理流程办法,并以湄洲岛宫下片区的聚落风貌保护控制为实证案例,进行虚实融合的科学分析和参与式社区营造,从时间、空间两个维度上提出精细化的三维风貌管控策略,取得较好实际效果。本文对于聚落风貌的保护研究,对推动聚落风貌的塑造、保护和可持续管控具有一定的借鉴意义。
Traditional settlement is the perfect integration of natural environment and human settlement environment.Settlement style and features are usually the result of long-term interaction with natural environment by various elements in three-dimensional form.Therefore,the research on generation simulation and control of time and space of settlement style and features in three-dimensional form is the key technology in this field.Based on the digital twin technology,this paper constructs a three-dimensional digital twin style control system and research management process from three aspects of settlement style control,settlement entity and virtual body.Taking the settlement style protection and control in Gongxia district in Meizhou Island as an empirical case,this paper carries out the scientific analysis of virtual and real integration and participatory community construction,and puts forward the refined three-dimensional style control strategy from two dimensions of time and space,which has achieved good practical results.This paper has certain reference significance for the protection of settlement style and promotes the shaping,protection and sustainable management and control of settlement style and features.
