产城融合导向下高科园区规划策略研究--以杭州临平小林高科园区城市设计为例

Research on Planning Strategies of High-Tech Park under the Guidance of Industry-City Integration--A Case of the Urban Design of Xiaolin High-Tech Park in Linping,Hangzhou

本文以小林高科园区为例,结合产城融合理念,针对小林交通区位优越、生态基底较好、水乡韵味十足的特点,以及生产与生活空间割裂、生活生产服务配套不足、生态人文资源有待挖掘等问题,提出了三大规划策略:转型提升产业方向,深化生产服务功能;导入生活配套服务,促进产城功能融合;综合利用生态空间,提升园区环境品质。从而打造产城融合的示范区,引领余杭经济技术开发区战略转型。

This paper takes Xiaolin High-Tech Park as an example.Combining with the concept of industry-city integration,according to the Xiaolin’s characteristics of convenient traffic location,well ecological base and good charm of water town,as well as the problems of separation of production and living space,insufficient supply of living and production supporting facilities and insufficient utilization of ecological and human resources,the paper puts forward three planning strategies of transforming and upgrading the industrial direction,and improving the production service function;introducing the living service function,promoting the integration of industry and city functions;comprehensive utilizing the ecological space to improve the environmental quality of the park,to make Xiaolin to be a demonstration area of industry-city integration,and to lead Yuhang Economic and Technological Development Zone to realize its strategic transformation.
