磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the Treatment of Acute Viral Myocarditis in Children

目的分析磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎的效果。方法从2019年1月至2020年12月我院治疗的小儿急性病毒性心肌炎患儿中随机抽取220例进行调查。通过随机信封分组法将其分为两组,每组110例。采用常规治疗的患儿作为参比组,采用磷酸肌酸钠治疗的患儿作为试验组。对比两组患儿治疗后的相关指标水平、临床疗效以及药物不良反应情况。结果治疗后,试验组患儿肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶水平均低于参比组(P<0.05);试验组患儿的临床疗效(94.54%)高于参比组(86.36%)(P<0.05);试验组患儿的药物不良反应情况少于参比组(P<0.05)。结论在对小儿急性病毒性心肌炎患儿进行治疗时,使用磷酸肌酸钠能够优化患儿相关指标水平,提高临床疗效,减少药物不良反应,促进患儿早日恢复健康。

Objective To analyze the effect of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis in children.Methods A total of 220 children with acute viral myocarditis were randomly selected from January 2019 to December 2020.They were divided into two groups(110 cases in each group)by random envelope grouping.The children who received routine treatment were taken as the reference group,and the children who received creatine phosphate sodium treatment were taken as the experimental group.The levels of related indicators,clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of creatine kinase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,lactate dehydrogenase,and aspartate aminotransferase in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of children in the experimental group(94.54%)was higher than that in the reference group(86.36%)(P<0.05).The adverse drug reactions of children in the experimental group were less than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium can optimize the levels of related indicators in children with acute viral myocarditis,improve clinical efficacy,reduce adverse drug reactions,and promote the recovery of children's health.
