立普妥治疗老年高脂血症的临床效果及不良反应

Clinical Effect and Adverse Reactions of Hyperlipidemia in Elderly Patients Treated with Lipitor

目的探讨立普妥治疗老年高脂血症的临床效果及不良反应。方法选择我院150例2017年2月至2018年12月老年高脂血症患者。按照治疗分组,常规药物治疗组对于就诊的老年高脂血症患者采取常规药物治疗,常规药物联合立普妥治疗组对于就诊的老年高脂血症患者采取常规药物联合立普妥治疗。比较两组疗效,血脂指标恢复正常的时间及住院的时间,治疗前后患者各项血脂监测指标,不良反应。结果常规药物联合立普妥治疗组疗效较常规药物治疗组高,P<0.05;常规药物联合立普妥治疗组血脂指标恢复正常的时间、住院的时间较常规药物治疗组更短,P<0.05;治疗前两组各项血脂监测指标接近,P>0.05;治疗后常规药物联合立普妥治疗组各项血脂监测指标改善的程度较常规药物治疗组更大,P<0.05。两组患者无一例出现严重的不良反应。结论常规药物联合立普妥治疗老年高脂血症的疗效好,可更好改善各项血脂监测指标,更好改善患者预后,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and adverse reactions of hyperllipidemia in elderly patients treated with Lipitor.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with hyperlipidemia were selected in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018.According to the treatment,the conventional drug treatment group adopted the conventional drug treatment for the elderly patients with hyperlipidemia,and the conventional drug combined with Lipitor treatment group used the conventional drug combined with Lipitor treatment for the elderly patients with hyperlipdemia.Compare the two groups of curative effect;lipid index recovery of normal time,hospitalization time;before and after treatment,patients with various lipid monitoring indicators;adverse reactions.Results The therapeutic effect of conventional drugs combined with lipitor treatment group was higher than that of conventional drug treatment group,with P<0.05.Lipid index recovery time and hospitalization time of conventional drugs combined with lipitor treatment group were shorter than that of conventional drug treatment group,P<0.05;the lipid monitoring indexes of the two groups before treatment were similar,P>0.05;the improvement of blood lipid monitoring indexes of conventional drugs combined with lipitor treatment group was bigger than that of conventional drug treatment group,P<0.05.There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Conventional drugs combined with Lipitor in the treatment of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia has good efficacy,can better improve various lipid monitoring indicators,better improve the patient's prognosis,and high safety.
