腹腔镜手术联合达菲林治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Surgery Combined with Daphne in Treating Endometriosis with Infertility

目的探究子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症患者采用腹腔镜手术与达菲林联合治疗的临床效果。方法于2017年4月至2019年4月,随机选取本院收治的96例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症患者,并按照双盲法分为两组,对比组48例患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗,试验组48例患者在腹腔镜手术治疗下加用达菲林治疗,并对两组患者治疗前后血清E2、FHS水平及妊娠结局进行比较。结果治疗后,两组患者治疗后血清E2与FHS水平都有一定降低(P<0.05);并且试验组患者治疗后血清E2与FHS水平的降低幅度大于对比组(P<0.05)。试验组患者妊娠率、足月产率分别为83.33%、77.08%,均高于对比组患者的64.58%、43.75%(P<0.05);试验组患者流产率、早产率分别为4.17%、2.08%,分别低于对比组患者的16.67%、12.50%(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症患者采用腹腔镜手术与达菲林联合治疗的效果较好,可使患者者血清E2与FHS水平有效降低,减少流产与早产情况的出现,提高患者妊娠率与足月产率,在临床上值得推广与运用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with daphne in the treatment of endometriosis patients with infertility.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,96 patients with endometriosis and infertility admitted to our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to double-blind method.48 patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,48 patients in the experimental group were treated with daphnetin under the premise of laparoscopic surgery,and the serum E2,FHS levels and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The levels of serum E2 and FHS in the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The decrease of serum E2 and FHS levels in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate and term birth rate in the experimental group were 83.33%and 77.08%respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(64.58%and 43.75%,respectively)(P<0.05).The abortion rate and premature delivery rate in the experimental group were 4.17%and 2.08%respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(16.67%and 12.50%,respectively)(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with daphne is effective in treating endometriosis patients with infertility.It can effectively reduce the levels of E2 and FHS in patients'serum,reduce the occurrence of abortion and premature delivery,and improve the pregnancy rate and term yield of patients.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
