2016-2019年肇庆市严重精神障碍患者流行病学分析

Epidemiological Analysis of Patients with Severe Mental Disorders in Zhaoqing City from 2016 to 2019

目的通过全面排查掌握严重精神障碍患者底数情况,分析2016―2019年肇庆市严重精神障碍流行病学特征,为做好严重精神障碍社区防治,指导严重精神障碍管理以及为政府部门制定相关政策提供客观依据。方法选取全市各镇收集、汇总的疑似和在册严重精神障碍患者25308例,采用描述流行病学分析方法对其进行流行病学特征分析。结果截止2019年12月31日,肇庆市严重精神障碍报告患病率为6.15‰;74.24%的患者为精神分裂症;患者年龄主要集中在18~44岁年龄组,占47.78%;初中及以下占91.22%;未婚或离婚者占46.59%;职业为农民占67.22%;贫困患者占76.56%。结论需加强城区严重精神障碍患者的排查,将精神分裂症列为社区防治重点人群,建立健全救治救助机制,完善政策保障措施,确保患者不因贫困得不到救治,最大限度预防和减少肇事肇祸案事件发生。

Objective Through a comprehensive investigation to grasp the basic situation of patients with severe mental disorders,analyze the epidemiological characteristics of severe mental disorders in Zhaoqing City from 2016 to 2019,in order to do a good job in the prevention and treatment of severe mental disorders in the community,guide the management of severe mental disorders,and provide objective basis for government departments to formulate relevant policies.Methods Select a total of 25308 suspected and registered patients with severe mental disorders collected and summarized in all towns in the city,and use the descriptive epidemiological analysis method to analyze their epidemiological characteristics.Results As of December 31,2019,the reported prevalence of severe mental disorders in Zhaoqing City was 6.15‰;74.24%of patients were schizophrenia;patients were mainly concentrated in the 18-44 age group,accounting for 47.78%;junior high school and below accounted for 91.22%;46.59%unmarried or divorced;working as a farmer accounted for 67.22%;poor patients accounted for 76.56%.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the investigation of the patients with serious mental disorders in the urban area,list schizophrenia as the key population of community prevention and treatment,establish and improve the rescue mechanism,improve the policy and safeguard measures,ensure that the patients are not deprived of treatment due to poverty,and prevent and reduce the occurrence of accidents to the maximum extent.
