肝炎肝硬化实施肝功能检查的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of Liver Function Test in Patients with Hepatitis Cirrhosis

目的研究肝炎肝硬化实施肝功能检查的临床价值。方法选取我院自2016年6月10日至2019年1月10日收治的肝炎肝硬化患者44例为观察组,选取同期收治的健康体检者44例为对照组,两组患者均进行肝功能检查,比较2组肝功能检查结果,分析肝功能检查的临床应用价值。结果观察组患者ALB、CHE、TC水平均低于对照组健康体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者TBA水平高于对照组健康体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组A级患者ALB、CHE、TC水平均高于B级、C级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组A级患者TBA水平低于B级、C级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组B级患者ALB、CHE水平均高于C级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组B级患者TBA水平低于C级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝炎肝硬化实施肝功能检查的临床价值较高,可显示患者病情,供医师参考。

Objective To study the clinical value of liver function tests in patients with hepatitis cirrhosis.Methods Forty-four patients with hepatitis cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from June 10,2016 to January 10,2019 were selected as observation group.Forty-four healthy subjects who were admitted to the same period were selected as the control group.Functional examination,comparing the results of two groups of liver function tests,analysis of the clinical application value of liver function tests.Results The ALB,CHE,and TC levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TBA level of the observation group was higher than that of the healthy subjects in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ALB,CHE,and TC levels in the A grade of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the B grade and C grades,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of TBA in the A grade of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the B grade and C grade,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ALB and CHE levels of the B grade patients in the observation group were higher than those in the C grade,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TBA level of patients in the B grades of the observation group was lower than that of the C grade,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of liver function test for hepatitis cirrhosis is high,which can show the patient's condition for the reference of doctors.
