优质护理干预对玻璃体切除联合硅油填充治疗视网膜脱离患者的影响

Clinical Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Patients with Retinal Detachment Treated with Vitrectomy Combined with Silicone oil Filling

目的探讨优质护理干预对玻璃体切除联合硅油填充治疗视网膜脱离患者的影响。方法本研究对象为沈阳爱尔眼视光医院2017年5月至2020年7月收治的视网膜脱离患者138例,实施玻璃体切除联合硅油填充方法进行治疗。利用随机数字表法将患者分成两组,每组69例,分别采取优质护理干预(观察组)和常规护理(对照组)。对两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意度进行比较与分析。结果观察组患者高眼压、出血、水肿、视网膜再脱、疼痛等并发症发生率分别为2.89%、1.44%、11.59%、0、8.69%,均明显低于对照组的7.24%、4.35%、24.63%、1.44%、14.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为95.65%,显著高于对照组的86.96%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预有利于降低玻璃体联合硅油填充治疗视网膜脱离患者的并发症发生率,提升护理质量,巩固治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patients with retinal detachment treated with vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling.Methods The subjects of this study were 138 patients with retinal detachment admitted to Shenyang Aier Optometry Hospital from May 2017 to July 2020,all of whom were treated with vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by number method,69 cases in each group,and high-quality nursing intervention(observation group)and routine nursing(control group)were taken.Compare and analyze the complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of complications such as high intraocular pressure,hemorrhage,edema,retinal reattachment,and pain in the observation group were 2.89%,1.44%,11.59%,0,8.69%;the control group were 7.24%,4.35%,24.63%,1.44%,14.49%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than the 86.96%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention is beneficial to reduce the incidence of complications in patients with retinal detachment treated with vitreous body combined with silicone oil filling,improve the quality of care,and consolidate the treatment effect.
