前列腺增生132例手术治疗的术后护理体会

Nursing Experience of 132 Cases of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia after Operation

目的观察前列腺增生手术治疗术后采取护理干预的效果。方法研究时间为期一年半(2018年1月至2019年6月),将本院接收手术治疗的132例前列腺增生患者纳入本次研究,患者均采取相同的治疗方式,术后根据护理方法不同分为67例观察组和65例对照组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以综合护理。而后对比两组患者自我护理能力评分(ESCA评分)、前列腺症状评分(IPSS评分)、最大尿流率(Qmax)以及并发症发生率。结果观察组ESCA评分、IPSS评分、Qmax以及并发症发生率与对照组比较,存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论前列腺增生手术治疗术后采取综合护理措施具有良好的临床效果,值得在手术治疗后实施此护理措施,该护理方法也具有在临床一线推广的价值。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention after surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The study period was one and a half years(from January 2018 to June 2019).132 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who received surgery in our hospital were included in the study.All patients underwent the same treatment.The method was divided into 67 observation groups and 65 control groups.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The self-care ability score(ESCA score),prostate symptom score(IPSS score),maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The ESCA score,IPSS score,Qmax,and complication rate of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing measures after surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has a good clinical effect.It is worthwhile to implement this nursing measure after surgical treatment.This nursing method also has the value of clinical promotion.
