自然分娩护理中激励式护理的应用价值研究

Research on the Application Value of Incentive Nursing in Natural Childbirth Nursing

目的探究分析自然分娩护理中激励式护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法选择我院于2018年3月至2019年3月,1年内收治的80例产妇为研究对象,将所有产妇按照护理方法的不同,分为对照组(40例,采用常规护理)和观察组(40例,采用激励式护理),对两组患者在护理完成后的临床效果进行收集和分析。结果护理完成后,观察组产妇自然分娩率为97.50%,对照组自然分娩率为85.00%,观察组产妇自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后出血、新生儿窒息发生率显著低于对照组,且观察组第一、二、三产程时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产妇自然分娩护理中,通过使用激励式护理的护理方式可取得明显更佳的效果,可显著提高自然分娩率,降低剖宫产发生率,同时降低术后出血和新生儿窒息发生率,并且缩短产程,可有效提高母婴生命质量及护理质量,有较高应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of incentive nursing in natural childbirth nursing.Methods Eighty women admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 in one year were selected as the subjects,and all mothers were divided into control groups(40 cases,routine nursing)and observation groups(40 cases,incentive nursing)according to the different care methods.The clinical effects of two groups of patients after the completion of care were collected and analyzed.Results The rate of natural childbirth was 97.50%in the observation group,85.00%in the control group,and significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the first,second,and third stages of labor time was shorter in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing care of natural childbirth,the results can be improved by the use of incentive nursing,which can significantly increase the rate of natural childbirth,reduce the incidence of caesarean section,reduce the rate of postoperative hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia,and shorten the delivery process.It can effectively improve the quality of life and nursing care for mothers and infants and has a higher use value.
