康复护理对脑瘫患儿运动功能、护理质量的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Motor Function and Nursing Quality of Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨康复护理对脑瘫患儿的运动功能、质理质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年10月我院收治的46例脑瘫患儿,以随机数字表法,将46例脑瘫患儿分为观察组23例,对照组23例,对照组施行常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上施行康复护理,对比两组生活自理能力、肢体运动功能、患儿家长满意度。结果观察组、对照组患儿护理后ADL评分、FMA评分均明显提高,且观察组ADL评分、FMA评分显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长满意度明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规的护理模式,康复护理对于脑瘫患儿的康复更有帮助,可明显改善脑瘫患儿的运动功能,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on motor function and nursing quality of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Fortysix children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(23 cases)and control group(23 cases).Routine nursing mode was implemented in the control group.Rehabilitation nursing was implemented in the observation group on the basis of the control group.Life self-care ability,limb motor function and parents'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The ADL score and FMA score of the observation group and the control group were significantly improved after nursing.The ADL score and FMA score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the parents of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing mode,rehabilitation nursing is more helpful for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.It can significantly improve the motor function of children with cerebral palsy and improve the treatment effect.
