快速康复外科理念在环状混合痔围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application of the Concept of FTS in the Perioperative Nursing of Circular Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的探究快速康复外科(FTS)理念用于环状混合痔(CMH)围手术期护理的临床效果。方法选择2017年2月至2020年2月沈阳市肛肠医院收治的104例CMH患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,随机将研究对象分为A组和B组,每组52例,A组采取常规围手术期护理措施,B组在A组基础上采用基于FTS理念的临床护理措施,比较两组患者的并发症发生率、临床康复相关指标及生活质量。结果B组的并发症率低于A组(P<0.05);B组的术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于A组(P<0.05);两组护理前1 d的生活质量评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);护理后2周两组的评分均高于护理前,且B组高于A组(P<0.05)。结论在CMH围手术期护理中,采用基于FTS理念的临床护理措施能够减轻应激性刺激,预防并发症发生,提高患者预后生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fast track surgery(FTS)for the perioperative nursing of circular mixed hemorrhoids(CMH).Methods A total of 104 patients with CMH admitted to Shenyang Anorectal Hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into two groups:group A and group B(52 cases in each group).Group A adopted routine perioperative nursing measures,and group B adopted clinical nursing measures based on the concept of FTS.The incidence of complications,clinical rehabilitation indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05);the postoperative exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of group B were shorter than those of group A(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the quality of life score of the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the score of the two groups after two weeks of nursing was higher than that before nursing,and group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing of CMH,the clinical nursing measures based on the concept of FTS can reduce the stress stimulation,prevent the occurrence of complications,and improve the prognosis quality of life of patients.
