小儿惊厥的有效护理服务方式及护理效果观察

Effective Nursing Service and Observation of Nursing Effect in Children with Convulsion

目的了解小儿惊厥的有效护理服务方式及护理效果。方法将抚顺市中心医院消化病房2017年3月至2018年11月的100例小儿惊厥患儿,随机分组,甲组50例给予常规护理干预,乙组50例施行针对护理服务方式。比较两组家长对于小儿惊厥护理工作的满意水平;小儿发热持续的时间、小儿惊厥抽搐持续的时间、小儿住院的平均时间;护理前后惊厥症状评分、家长Zung焦虑自评分值;并发症发生率。结果乙组家长对于小儿惊厥护理工作的满意水平显著高于甲组家长的满意度,P<0.05;乙组惊厥症状评分、家长Zung焦虑自评分值明显低于甲组,P<0.05;乙组小儿发热持续的时间、小儿惊厥抽搐持续的时间、小儿住院的平均时间均明显短于甲组,P<0.05;乙组患儿并发症发生率显著低于甲组,P<0.05。结论小儿惊厥患儿实施针对护理服务方式效果确切,可有效加速患儿发热症状和抽搐症状的控制,并减轻家长的焦虑情绪,促使住院时间减少,减少不良情况的出现,并提高惊厥患儿家长对护理的满意评价。

Objective To understand the effective nursing service and nursing effect of children with convulsions.Methods One hundred children with convulsions from March 2017 to November 2018 in the digestive ward of Fushun Central Hospital were randomly assigned.Group A was given routine nursing intervention,and group B was given targeted nursing service.Compare the satisfaction level of the two groups of parents with convulsion nursing work in children;the duration of pediatric fever,the duration of convulsions in children,the average time of pediatric hospitalization;the score of convulsions before and after nursing,the self-rating value of parents'Zung anxiety;complications rate.Results The satisfaction level of parents in group B was significantly higher than that of parents in group A,P<0.05.After group B,the scores of convulsions and the scores of parents'Zung anxiety were lower than those of group A,P<0.05.The duration of fever,the duration of convulsions in children,and the average time of hospitalization in children were shorter than those in group A,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in group B was significantly lower than that in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion Children with convulsions in children have an effective effect on nursing services,which can effectively accelerate the control of fever and convulsions in children,reduce the anxiety of parents,reduce the time of hospitalization,and reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions and improve satisfied parents'satisfaction with nursing care.
