中医综合护理对胃癌进展期患者情志与疼痛的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Comprehensive Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Emotion and Pain of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的系统性评估中医综合护理对胃癌进展期患者的情志与疼痛的护理效果影响。方法选取自2018年2月至2019年2月于我院病房收治的胃癌进展期患者60例,入组病例均通过信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规护理措施,试验组30例,应用中医综合护理措施,观察两组患者的护理前后SAS和SDS情志评分及VAS疼痛评分变化情况。结果中医综合护理后,试验组SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理方案对患者饮食调整、情志疏导、社交互动及功能康复等多维度方面综合干预护理,可有效舒缓患者对病情及治疗产生的紧张、焦虑等负面情绪,增强患者与医护、家属等交流互动,使患者树立积极治疗观,减轻身心及治疗痛苦,临床护理效果优异。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing on the nursing effect of emotional and pain in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Sixty patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled.The enrolled patients were randomized by the envelope method,30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing measures,and 30 patients in the test group were treated with comprehensive nursing measures of traditional of Chinese medicine,to observe the changes of SAS and SDS emotional scores and VAS pain scores before and after nursing.Results After TCM comprehensive nursing,The SAS score,SDS score and VAS score of the test group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing program of TCM comprehensively intervenes in the multi-dimensional aspects such as dietary adjustment,emotional counseling,social interaction and functional rehabilitation,and enhance patients and health care.Family members and other interactions enable patients to establish a positive treatment concept,and have excellent clinical care effects.
