规范化健康宣教在神经内科临床护理中的应用

Application of Standardized Health Education in Clinical Nursing of Neurology Department

目的探讨规范化健康宣教在神经内科临床护理中的临床应用价值。方法选择2019年1月至2020年3月本院神经内科收治的住院患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施本研究规范化健康教育指导,比较干预后两组治疗依从性;比较干预前后Barthel指数评定量表评分变化情况;统计出现的并发症情况。结果干预后观察组依从性为0级和Ⅰ级的总比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),依从性为Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级的比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组Barthel指数评定量表评分高于干预前及干预后对照组(P<0.05),观察组住院期间出现肺部感染、压力性损伤和泌尿系统感染的比例均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对神经内科住院患者实施规范化的健康宣教,能有效的提高治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量,减少并发症,从而提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of standardized health education in clinical nursing of neurology department.Methods Eighty hospitalized patients from January 2019 to March 2020 in the department of neurology of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received standardized health education guidance in this study.The treatment compliance and Barthel index rating scale score in the two groups after intervention were compared.Count the complications that have occurred.Results After the intervention,the compliance of observation group with grade 0 and gradeⅠwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The compliance of observation group with gradeⅡand gradeⅢwas significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group's Barthel index rating scale score was higher than that of the pre-intervention and post-intervention control group(P<0.05).The proportions of lung infection,pressure injury and urinary system infection in the observation group during hospitalization were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized health education for hospitalized patients in neurology department can effectively improve treatment compliance,improve patients'quality of life and reduce complications,thus improving clinical treatment effect.
