跟踪护理对乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者心理状态及服用抗病毒药物治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Follow-up Nursing on Psychological State of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis after Hepatitis B and Compliance of Taking Antiviral Drugs

目的研究跟踪护理对乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者自身心理状态及治疗依从性的影响。方法随机选取我院2019年9月至2020年8月收治的乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者70例,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组常规护理,观察组使用跟踪护理,比较两组患者护理后心理状况变化和抗病毒药物治疗依从性。结果观察组心理焦虑、抑郁症状均改善,SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,与对照组比较差异较为明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者能够按时用药,抗病毒药物使用情况良好,治疗依从性提高,与对照组比较差异较为明显,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。对观察组患者HBV-DNA转阴率进行评估,其转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将跟踪护理模式应用在乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者临床护理中的价值十分显著,患者心理状况良好,以往焦虑感和抑郁情绪得到缓解,同时用药治疗依从性提高,能够按照医嘱合理用药。

Objective To study the effect of follow-up nursing on the psychological status and treatment compliance of patients with liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B.Methods A total of 70 patients with liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received follow-up nursing.The psychological changes and antiviral drug treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The symptoms of anxiety and depression were improved,SAS score and SDS score were decreased in the observation group,and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P<0.05);the patients in the observation group were able to take medicine on time,the use of antiviral drugs was good,and the treatment compliance was improved,compared with the control group,the difference was more obvious,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The negative rate of HBV-DNA in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of tracking nursing mode in clinical nursing of patients with liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B is of great value.The patients'psychological condition is good,and the past anxiety and depression are relieved.At the same time,the medication treatment compliance is improved,and the rational medication can be used according to the doctor's advice.
