手术室护理用于胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术中的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Operating Room Nursing in Thoracoscopic Resection of Mediastinal Tumors

目的探究纵隔肿瘤实施胸腔镜切除术中手术室护理的临床效果。方法于2017年9月至2019年7月我院收治纵隔肿瘤患者若干名,其中126例患者均实施胸腔镜下切除术治疗,患者同意参与本研究。平均将患者分为对照组(n=63)和观察组(n=63),分别实施常规、手术室护理,对比护理结局。结果两组疼痛评分护理后均低于护理前,且观察组疼痛评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。护理后两组负面情绪评分较护理前均降低,且观察组负面情绪评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。护理后两组睡眠质量评分有较大差异,护理后观察组评分更高(P<0.05)。两组时间指标相比,观察组手术、下床及出院时间较之对照组均明显缩短(P<0.05)。组均发生感染、气胸、压疮及引流管脱落现象,观察组、对照组总发生率分别为15.87%、4.76%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在纵隔肿瘤患者实施胸腔镜切除术中,辅以手术室护理,能显著改善患者疼痛症状及睡眠质量,减少并发症,维持患者良好心情。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of operating room nursing in thoracoscopic resection of mediastinal tumor.Methods A number of patients with mediastinal tumor were admitted to our hospital,among which 126 patients received thoracoscopic resection,and the patients agreed to participate in this study.The patients were divided into two groups on average,control group(n=63)and obaervation group(n=63)respectively receiving routine and operating room nursing,and comparing the nursing outcomes.The patients were admitted between September 2017 and July 2019.Results The pain scores of the two groups were lower after nursing than before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of negative emotions in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in sleep quality score between the two groups before and after nursing,and a higher score between the observation group after nursing(P<0.05).Compared with the time indexes of the two groups,the operation,getting out of bed and discharge time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Infection,pneumothorax,pressure sore and drainage tube shedding occurred in the two groups,and the total incidence in the observation group and the control group was 15.87%and 4.76%,respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion During thoracoscopic resection of mediastinal tumor patients,assisted by operating room nursing,pain symptoms and sleep quality can be significantly improved,complications can be reduced,and patients'good mood can be maintained.
