行为转变护理干预在冠心病PCI术后患者心脏康复管理中的应用

Application of Behavior Change Nursing Intervention in Cardiac Rehabilitation Management of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI

目的评价心脏康复管理中行为转变护理干预的运用对冠心病PCI术后患者的积极影响,从而促进冠心病PCI术患者预后。方法选择我院2017年9月至2019年5月收治行PCI术的冠心病患者,总计80例。结合心脏康复管理方法采取随机分组护理,对照组40例冠心病PCI术患者采取常规护理,干预组40例冠心病PCI术患者配合应用行为转变护理干预。对比对照组与干预组冠心病PCI术患者的疾病认知程度、护理满意度、遵医率、心脏事件发生率以及心功能情况。结果干预组冠心病PCI术患者疾病认知度、护理满意度、遵医率、安全性均高于对照组,心功能指标水平优于对照组,P<0.05。结论心脏康复护理工作中运用常规护理配合行为转变护理干预可以促进冠心病PCI术患者心功能改善、提高患者遵医率与安全性,从而促进患者康复。

Objective To evaluate the positive effect of behavior change nursing intervention in cardiac rehabilitation management on patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,so as to promote the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods From September 2017 to May 2019,80 patients with coronary heart disease underwent PCI were selected.Combined with cardiac rehabilitation management method,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in the control group received routine nursing,40 patients in the intervention group received behavioral change nursing intervention.The patients in the control group and the intervention group were compared in terms of disease cognition,nursing satisfaction,compliance rate,incidence of cardiac events and cardiac function.Results The patients in the intervention group had higher disease awareness,nursing satisfaction,compliance rate and safety than those in the control group,and the level of cardiac function index was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine nursing combined with behavioral change nursing intervention can improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI,improve the compliance rate and safety of patients,so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
