护理干预在妇科恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Nursing Intervention in Gynecological Malignant Tumor Patients

目的探讨护理干预在妇科恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果观察。方法选择我院2017年1月至2020年1月收治的经病理组织学诊断确诊的妇科恶性肿瘤194例,将患者随机分成两组,每组97例。观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采取护理干预的方式,对照组患者只采取常规护理的方式,对比两组焦虑及抑郁评分、恶心呕吐发生率、满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、恶心呕吐发生率分别为(27.20±4.15)分、(20.36±5.20)分、9.28%,明显低于对照组的(41.99±4.37)分、(36.29±5.75)分、22.68%,数据有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.94%,明显高于对照组的85.57%,数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预措施能够有效缓解妇科恶性肿瘤患者不良情绪,改善患者舒适度,提高护理满意度。

Objective Observation on the effect of nursing intervention in gynecological malignant tumor patients.Methods Select 194 cases of gynecological malignant tumors diagnosed by histopathological diagnosis in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020,and randomly divided the patients into two groups with 97 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group took nursing intervention on the basis of routine care,and patients in the control group only took routine care.The anxiety and depression scores,the incidence of nausea and vomiting,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the incidence of SAS score,SDS score,and nausea and vomiting of patients in the observation group were(27.20±4.15)points,(20.36±5.20)points,and 9.28%,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(41.99±4.37)points and(36.29±5.75)points,22.68%,the data was statistically different(P<0.05);the observation group's nursing satisfaction was 97.94%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 85.57%,and the data was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with gynecological malignant tumors,improve patient comfort,and improve nursing satisfaction.
