肺癌手术室护理中全程优质护理服务模式的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of the Whole-process High-quality Nursing Service Model in the Nursing of Lung Cancer Operating Room

目的分析肺癌手术室护理中全程优质护理服务模式的应用效果。方法以我院2018年1月至2019年1月选取的128例肺癌手术患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,每组64例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组运用全程优质护理服务模式。观察两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组并发症发生率为6.25%,较对照组的28.13%更低(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的SDS、SAS评分明显较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度是93.75%,较对照组75.56%更高(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论肺癌手术室护理中运用全程优质护理服务模式可以有效提升护理。

Objective To study the application effect of whole-process high-quality nursing service model in operating room nursing of lung cancer.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,128 patients with lung cancer surgery in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with whole-process high-quality nursing service.Observe the nursing effect of two groups.Results After nursing,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25%,which was lower than 28.13%in the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the group was 93.75%,which was higher than the control group's 75.56%(P<0.05);the physical function,mental function,social function and material life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing of patients with lung cancer surgery treatment,the use of whole-process high-quality nursing service model can effectively improve the nursing effect.
