人性化护理干预在慢性肾小球肾炎患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的研究人性化护理干预在慢性肾小球肾炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月我院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者88例作为研究对象,采用抛硬币法将其分为观察组(45例)和对照组(43例)。对照组采用慢性肾小球肾炎常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组HAMD评分为(7.58±1.35)分、HAMA评分为(6.49±1.47)分,均低于对照组的(19.54±3.52)分、(13.86±2.75)分(P<0.05);观察组24 h蛋白尿、血肌酐均低于对照组,血浆白蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SF-36量表精神、体能、社会活动、心理健康、精力、身体健康、总体健康、体能影响评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预在慢性肾小球肾炎患者护理中的应用效果显著,能有效消除患者抑郁、焦虑负性情绪,改善其相关临床指标水平,并提升其生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Eightyeight patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(43 cases)by coin toss method.Chronic glomerulonephritis routine nursing in the control group and humanized nursing intervention in the observation group.To compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results HAMD score was(7.58±1.35)poins and HAMA score was(6.49±1.47)poins in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(19.54±3.52)points,(13.86±2.75)points(P<0.05).The 24 hours albuminuria and serum creatinine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the plasma albumin was higher than those in the control group.The mental,physical,social activity,mental health,energy,physical health,general health,and physical impact scores of the observation group on the SF-36 scale were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in the application of significant effect,can effectively eliminate depression,anxiety negative emotions,improve the level of relevant clinical indicators,and improve their quality of life.
