优质护理对精神分裂症患者生活质量、遵医行为的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing on the Quality of Life and Compliance Behavior of Schizophrenic Patients

目的评价精神分裂症患者康复期间给予其优质护理干预对患者遵医行为以及生活质量等方面的积极影响,以加速精神分裂症患者康复。方法选择我院2017年10月至2019年1月精神科收治住院治疗的精神分裂症患者,总计82例。采取随机数字表法,进行82例精神分裂症患者康复护理干预。对照组41例精神分裂症患者以及优质组41例精神分裂症患者分别采取精神科常规护理、精神科常规护理+优质护理干预。对比对照组与优质组精神分裂症患者护理后两组患者的遵医行为、生活质量状况、精神病症状严重程度。结果干预后优质组精神分裂症患者生活质量与精神病症状严重程度评分均明显优于干预前以及对照组,且定期体检、定期化验、定期复诊、稳定情绪、合理参与活动、按时服药等遵医行为占比率均高于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论给予精神分裂症患者精神科常规护理的同时落实优质护理干预可以提高患者的用药、活动、情绪控制等方面遵医行为,进一步促进患者精神分裂症状、生活质量改善。

Objective To evaluate the positive effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the compliance behavior and quality of life of schizophrenic patients during rehabilitation,so as to accelerate the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients.Methods From October 2017 to January 2019,82 schizophrenics were admitted to our hospital.The method of random number table was used to carry out rehabilitation nursing intervention for 82 schizophrenics.41 schizophrenic patients in the control group and 41 schizophrenic patients in the high-quality group were treated with routine psychiatric care,routine psychiatric care+high-quality nursing intervention respectively.Compared with the control group and the high-quality group,the two groups of schizophrenic patients'compliance behavior,quality of life status,and the severity of psychiatric symptoms.Results After the intervention,the quality of life and the severity of the symptoms of schizophrenia in the high-quality group were significantly better than those before the intervention and the control group,and the proportion of compliance behaviors such as regular physical examination,regular laboratory test,regular follow-up visit,emotional stability,reasonable participation in activities,and timely medication were higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients with schizophrenia in medication,activity,emotional control and other aspects,and further promote the improvement of schizophrenic symptoms and quality of life.
