“雨课堂”在临床护理工作中的应用效果

Application Effect of"Rain Classroom"in Clinical Nursing Work

目的了解“雨课堂”在临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法采用质性研究方法,于2020年5月选择福建医科大学附属协和医院心内科17名护士进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析整理资料,分析提炼主题。结果提炼出4个主题:“雨课堂”可以拓展临床护士的学习时间和空间,提高在职培训效果;通过“雨课堂”平台能客观反应护士的真实想法,让护理工作变得更加民主和人性化;临床护理中应用“雨课堂”平台,能使护士的个人能力得到重视和发展;并提出优化护理方法,采取传统方法与互联网相结合方法的期待。结论“雨课堂”在护理临床中的应用,有利于提高护理在职教育培训,体现了护理工作的人性化和民主化,提高了临床护理质量。

Objective To understand the application effect of"rain classroom"in clinical nursing work.Methods Using qualitative research method,17 nurses in Department of Cardiology,Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were selected for semi-structured in-depth interview in May 2020.Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze and sort out the data,analyze and refine the theme.Results Four themes were extracted:"rain classroom"can expand the learning time and space of clinical nurses and improve the effect of on-the-job training;through the"rain classroom"platform,we can objectively reflect the real ideas of nurses and make nursing work more democratic and humane;the application of"rain classroom"platform in clinical nursing can make the personal ability of nurses get attention and development;it is expected to optimize nursing methods and combine traditional methods with Internet.Conclusion The application of"rain classroom"in clinical nursing is conducive to improving nursing on-the-job education and training,reflecting the humanization and democratization of nursing work,and improving the quality of clinical nursing.
