摘要
随着"八纵八横"高速铁路网的不断完善,西北地区铁路相关通道运输分工将发生较大变化,部分站点的铁路线衔接数量将会增加,重要性得到提升,对区域内编组站的分工将产生较大的影响。在西北地区支点网络设计、原始OD车流归并、必开直达列车去向集等理论基础分析的基础上,以编组站集结费用和改编费用之和最小作为目标函数,同时考虑编组站的改编能力约束和调车线数量限制,构建编组站分工优化模型,采用模拟退火算法来求解西北地区2030年的编组站分工及作业量。计算结果显示在西北地区编组站的改扩建决策中,可考虑将哈密、嘉峪关、乌西、格尔木进行改扩建,新丰镇进行适当升级改造,武威南、兰州北、迎水桥等既有编组站保持当前规模,新兴技术站如西宁、哈尔盖、临河、奎屯、库尔勒等可进行适当改扩建。
With the continuous improvement of the"Eight vertical and eight horizontal"high-speed railway network,the transportation division of railway-related channels in northwest China will undergo great changes,and the number of railway line connections at some stations will increase and their importance will be enhanced,which will have a great impact on the work division of marshaling stations in the region.Based on the network design of the northwest of China,the original OD traffic merge,and the analysis of the theoretical basis of necessary direct train set.The work division optimization model of marshalling station is established by taking the minimum sum of the marshalling yards rally cost and adaptation cost as the objective function and by taking into consideration of the constraints on the adaption capacity of marshalling station and the number of shunting lines.Simulated annealing algorithm is used to calculate the work division and work load of the marshalling stations in the northwest region in 2030.Calculation results show that in the decision-making of the marshalling station reconstruction in northwest China,the reconstruction and expansion of Hami Station,Jiayuguan Station,Urumqi West Station,Golmud Station could be involved;Xinfengzhen Station could be properly upgraded;Wuwei South Station,Lanzhou North Station and Yingshuiqiao Station could retain their current size;the emerging technical stations,such as Xining Station,Hal Station,Linhe Station,Kuytun Station and Korla Station,may undertake appropriate reconstruction.
