车顶绝缘子RTV涂层磨蚀规律及其对污闪电压的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 高速列车车顶绝缘子涂覆防污涂料后,能够有效提高表面憎水性,从而提高污闪电压。但在列车行驶过程中,由于高速气流与空气中污秽颗粒的作用,防污涂层会逐渐磨蚀破损。为探究涂层磨蚀情况对车顶绝缘子绝缘性能的影响,通过理论与仿真分析,对不同风速下的涂层磨蚀规律进行研究,并依据磨蚀规律对涂层进行人工破坏,测试涂层破损后绝缘子的污闪电压。结果表明:涂层磨蚀程度侧风面>迎风面>背风面;随着风速增加,磨蚀面积扩大,同时磨蚀区域向背风面移动;随着涂层磨蚀程度的增大,绝缘子表面电场发生畸变,污闪电压下降,磨蚀程度过大时绝缘子污闪电压低于未涂覆涂层绝缘子。以上研究表明,铁路运维部门应当定期检查车顶绝缘子涂层磨蚀情况,磨蚀严重地区车顶绝缘子可不涂覆防污涂料。 After the roof insulator of high-speed train is coated with anti-fouling paint,its surface hydrophobicity is effectively improved,thereby increasing the pollution flashover voltage.However,in the course of train operation,the anti-fouling coating will gradually wear out due to the effect of high-speed airflow and dirty particles in the air.In order to explore the influence of the coating abrasion on the insulation performance of the roof insulator,this paper studies the law of coating abrasion under different airflow velocity through theoretical and simulation analysis,and then tests the pollution flashover voltage of the insulator after its coating is damaged artificially according to the law of abrasion.The results show that the coating abrasion degree:crosswind side>windward side>leeward side;as the airflow velocity increases,the abrasion area expands and moves to the leeward side;as the degree of coating abrasion increases,the electric field on the surface of the insulator is distorted,and the pollution flashover voltage decreases.When the degree of abrasion is too large,the pollution flashover voltage of the insulator will be lower than that of the insulator without surface coating.The above research shows that the railway maintenance department should regularly check the coating abrasion of the roof insulators,and antifouling coatings may not be applied to the roof insulators in areas with severe abrasion.
