摘要
有机硅敷形涂料因具有独特的硅氧主链结构和分子间低作用力而拥有优异的耐温性、耐湿性、易操作性和其他优良的综合性能,在涂料领域中得到了广泛应用.文章综述了敷形涂料的种类及优缺点,按敷形涂料的固化方式对有机硅敷形涂料最新成果进行总结,并对有机硅敷形涂料未来发展趋势进行了展望.
Silicone conformal coating,which possesses predominant properties such as excellent temperature resistance,humidity resistance,ease of operation and other excellent comprehensive performances because of its-Si-O-Si-main chain structure and small intermolecular force,has been widely used in the field of coating.This article reviews the types,advantages and disadvantages of conformal coating,summarizes the latest achievements of silicone conformal coating according to different curing methods,and discussed the future development trends of silicone conformal coating.
