摘要
建立了一种批量测定食品中微量甲醛残留的高通量反应纸喷雾质谱法.在超声条件下用超纯水提取样品中的甲醛,提取液经高速离心分离后,取上层清液即可进行高通量反应纸喷雾质谱分析.结果表明,甲醛的质量浓度在3~300μg/L范围内呈现出良好的线性关系(R 2=0.9993),方法检出限为1.0μg/L.方法应用于10种不同蔬菜水果样品中甲醛残留的测定,加标回收率在93.5%~117.9%范围,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于10.5%,样品检出限为0.2 mg/kg.该方法与传统的分光光度法和色谱法相比,操作简便,灵敏度高,选择性好,实现了更快的分析速度(1 min/样品),可应用于例行大批量样品中甲醛残留的检测.
A method is established for the batch determination of trace formaldehyde residues in food by high-throughput reactive paper spray ionization mass spectrometry.The formaldehyde is extracted from the samples with ultra-pure water by ultrasonic method,and the extracted liquid,which is separated by high-speed centrifugation,is analyzed by high-throughput paper spray ionization mass spectrometry.The results show that the mass concentration of formaldehyde has a good linear relationship(R 2=0.9993)in the range of 3-300μg/L,and the method detection limits to 1.0μg/L.The method is applied to the determination of formaldehyde residues in 10 kinds of food samples.The recovery rate is 93.5%-117.9%,the relative deviation of the results is less than 10.5%,and the sample detection limits to 0.2 mg/kg.Compared with the traditional photometry and chromatography,this method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,good selectivity,and faster analysis speed(1 min/sample).It can be applied to the routine determination of formaldehyde residues in large quantities of samples.
