This paper discusses the application requirements of radio and TV cloud data center,analyzes the reliability technical means of IT equipment computing access layer,infrastructure layer,network control and intelligent guarantee layer and business delivery layer of radio and TV cloud data center based on h3cloud Cloud Architecture,and points out that the design and construction process of radio and TV cloud data center needs in-depth analysis and demonstration of reliability at all levels,According to the application requirements,the reliability is strengthened.
