全固态中波PDM发射机状态监测电路的故障处理

摘要 全固态中波PDM发射机以其性价比高、运行维护成本低以及运行稳定等特点成为广播电视台重点选用的发射载体。尽管目前对于全固态中波PDM发射机运行状态的监测与保护措施相对已经比较完善,但对于一些因外部环境引起的故障问题仍然难以完全防范和处置。因此,以PDM发射机的重要监测控制部分——控制器的控制电路状态及监测为研究内容,分析监测电路可能出现的故障类型,并提出相应的故障处理措施,为发射机运行状态的监测控制提供相应的技术参考。 All-solid-state medium-wave PDM transmitters have become the most important transmission carrier for radio and television stations due to their high cost performance,low operation and maintenance costs,and strong operational stability.Although the current monitoring and protection measures for the operating status of the all-solid-state medium-wave PDM transmitter are relatively complete,it is still difficult to completely prevent and deal with some faults caused by the external environment.This article focuses on the important monitoring and control part of the PDM transmitter-the control circuit state machine monitoring of the controller as the research content,by clarifying the possible fault types of the monitoring circuit,the corresponding fault handling measures for the PDM transmitter state monitoring circuit are proposed.The monitoring and control of transmitter operating status provides corresponding technical reference.
