世界秩序是一种历史结构,它制约着国家,特别是弱国的内政外交。百年间中国共产党率领中国人民突破一个个结构束缚,使得中国“沧桑巨变”,逐步地实现其各阶段任务,这在百年来弱国的成长史中是罕见的。中国共产党百年间利用了世界革命带来的机遇,完成了民族民主革命;利用了冷战条件下两个超级大国的矛盾与对立,确保了新中国的安全与主权;通过改革开放过程中的战略隐忍,实现了经济腾飞;目前正以“人类命运共同体”的理念融通中国梦与世界梦,在服务于中国梦实现的同时,促进着各国人民共同利益和人类进步事业。百年来中国共产党对外交往的成功,其经验在于:第一,服务的目标正确;其二,制度内在优势弥补了物质实力的不足;其三,富有政治智慧的对外战略。

The world order is a historical structure,which restricts domestic politics and diplomacy of countries,especially weak countries.In the past 100 years,Communist Party of China(CPC)led Chinese people to successfully have broken through structural constraints that the world orders posed on China,realizing objectives of state-transforming and state-building.These diplomatic practices of CPC are almost unique a-mongst weak countries over the modern world history.During the past 100 years,CPC took advantage of the opportunity that the world revolution brought about to win victory of national and democratic revolution,made use of conflict and confront between the US and USSR over the Cold War to safeguard the country’s security and sovereignty,took tactics of strategical tolerance in early more than 30 years of reforming and opening-up to make a great succeed in China’s economy,and recently CPC is,by advocating the idea of“a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind”,promoting realizing China’s Dream and advancing common interest and progressive cause of humankind.Centurial success of CPC in diplomacy should ascribe to the followings:the righteous objectives that CPC serves,the advantage embedded in the institutions and organization of CPC which narrows the gap between China and other countries in term of pure material capacity,and the external strategy with political wisdom.
