摘要
为解决灌区渠系建设完成后,运行效率低、成本高、管理难等问题,基于灌区运行管理的规范要求,研发集无线水位、流量数据采集以及图像抓拍于一体的遥测终端系统,并利用互联网技术和web技术开发灌区信息化管理平台,形成灌区信息化管理系统。系统在绍兴市上浦闸灌区成功应用。该系统功能完善,使用方便灵活,软硬件运行稳定,水位、流量、图像数据采集可靠,图像抓拍准确,为灌区内闸站的统一调度提供基础,使灌区基础信息管理与应用水平得到显著提高。
In order to solve the problems of low operating efficiency,high cost and difficult management after the construction of irrigation district canal system,a telemetry terminal system integrating wireless water level,flow data acquisition and image capture is developed based on the standard requirements of irrigation district operation and management,and an irrigation district information management platform is developed by using internet technology and web technology to form an irrigation district information management system.The system has been successfully applied in Shangpuzha Irrigation District of Shaoxing City.The system has perfect functions,convenient and flexible use,stable operation of software and hardware,reliable data acquisition of water level,flow and image,and accurate image capture,which provides a basis for the unified dispatching of sluice stations in irrigation district,and significantly improves the level of basic information management and application in irrigation district.
