摘要
利用全自动煤岩分析系统测定几种煤的镜质组反射率分布、最大反射率数值及标准偏差数值和活惰比数值来评价炼焦用煤的质量,鉴定单混煤及分析煤源混煤程度,进行合理配煤,高效利用煤炭资源,从而达到降本增效的目的。
To evaluate the quality of coking coal and identify the type of blending coal and analyze the blending degree of coal source,the distribution of vitrinite reflectivity,maximum reflectivity,standard deviation and activity-inert ratio in several coals were determined by using automatic coal rock analysis system.Application practice has achieved reasonable coal blending,efficient utilization of coal resources,cost reduction and efficiency increase.
