全封闭矿热炉炉料竖式预热循环利用工艺技术研究

摘要 铁合金行业是工业耗能大户,其用电量占全国总发电量2%以上,且能源耗散严重,优化工艺、回收余热是实现铁合金行业节能降耗、成本控制的重要途径。文章提出一种全新的全封闭矿热炉炉料竖式预热循环利用技术,利用回收的荒煤气燃烧产生的高温烟气加热竖式预热窑中矿料,提高矿热炉入炉原料温度,降低冶炼电耗,缩短生产周期,提高生产效率。 Ferroalloy industry consumes great amount of energy,its electricity consumption accounts for more than 2%of the total generated power of China,and has serious energy dissipation problem.Process optimization,recovery of waste heat is a significant way to save energy and control cost in the ferroalloy industry.In the paper,a brand new vertical preheating and recycling technology of fully-enclosed submerged arc furnace is presented.The high temperature flue gas generated from burning the recovered raw gas is used to heat the ore in the vertical preheating furnace,so as to raise the temperature of the raw material of submerged arc furnace,reduce the power consumption of smelting,shorten the production cycle and improve the production efficiency.
