SXZG药物对去卵巢大鼠颞下颌关节髁突结构的影响

Effect of SXZG Medicine on the Condyles of Temporomandibular Joint in Ovariectomized Rats

摘要 探讨SXZG药物对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠颞下颌关节髁突结构的影响。摘除SD雌性大鼠双侧卵巢建立骨质疏松动物模型,将大鼠随机分为6组:SXZG剂量1组(A组)、SXZG剂量2组(B组)、己烯雌酚片组(C组)、仙灵骨葆胶囊组(D组)、去势组(E组)和假手术组(F组),每组10只,另设一组青年对照组(G组)。各组大鼠连续给药3个月后处死,制作下颌骨髁突区组织病理切片,行HE染色,观察各组大鼠用药后髁突软骨、软骨下骨组织的组织病理学变化。结果显示,大鼠摘除卵巢后,颞下颌关节髁突软骨厚度增加(P<0.05),软骨下骨小梁面积百分比降低(P<0.05);与去势组相比,SXZG剂量1组、剂量2组大鼠髁突软骨厚度均减少(P<0.05),软骨下骨小梁面积百分比均增高(P<0.05)。结论:SXZG药物可改善去卵巢大鼠因雌激素水平下降导致的髁突软骨异常增厚情况,起到防治去卵巢大鼠因雌激素水平下降所致的髁突部骨量丢失的作用。 The research investigates the effect of SXZG medicine on the condyle structure of temporomandibular joint in ovariectomized rats.The bilateral ovaries of SD female rats were removed to establish an animal model of osteoporosis.The rats are randomly divided into 6 groups(n=10 per group):SXZG dose 1 group(group A),SXZG dose 2 group(group B),diethylstilbestrol tablets group(group C),Xianling Gubao capsule group(group D),castration group(group E)and sham operation group(group F),and another youth control group(group G)is set up.After 3 months,the rats were killed,the mandible of the rats is dissected and the condyle region is prepared as HE staining sections.The histopathological changes of the condyle cartilage and subchondral bone tissue are observed.The thickness of the condyle cartilage of the temporomandibular joint increase(P<0.05),and the percentage of subchondral trabecular bone area decrease(P<0.05).Compared with the ovariectomized group,the thickness of the condyle cartilage of the rats in group A and group B decreases(P<0.05),and the percentage of subchondral trabecular bone area increases(P<0.05).SXZG can improve the abnormal thickening of condyle cartilage caused by the decrease of estrogen level in ovariectomized rats,and reduce the bone loss of subchondral bone in the condyle of ovariectomized rats.
