扶正抗癌方联合化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的临床效果观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Fuzheng Anti-cancer Prescription Combined with Chemotherapy Treatment on Malignant Tumor of Digestive Tract

观察消化道恶性肿瘤患者用扶正抗癌方联合化疗治疗的临床效果。选取100例消化道恶性肿瘤患者,采用简单随机分组法将其分为参照组与实验组,每组各50例。参照组患者接受化疗治疗,实验组患者在参照组的基础上加用扶正抗癌方治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)的变化。结果表明,实验组的治疗总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)变化无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者的CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)变化显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对消化道恶性肿瘤患者采用扶正抗癌方联合化疗治疗,能够显著缓解消化道恶性肿瘤患者的临床症状,提高免疫能力,减轻患者的痛苦。

The research observes the clinical effect of Fuzheng Anti-cancer Prescription combined with chemotherapy treatment on malignant tumor of digestive tract.100 patients with malignant tumor of digestive tract are selected,and they are randomly divided into reference group and experimental group,with 50 patients in each group.Reference group receive chemotherapy,and the experimental group receive Fuzheng Anti-cancer Prescription based on the reference group.Clinical effect and change of CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)of two groups are compared.The results show that the total treatment effective rate of experimental group is higher than reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there is no statistically significant difference in the change of CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the change of CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)of experimental group is significantly higher than reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Fuzheng Anti-cancer Prescription combined with chemotherapy can significantly relieve the clinical symptom of malignant tumor of digestive tract,improve immunocompetence,and relieve patient’s pain.
