摘要
比较肠内营养支持与肠外营养支持对外科手术危重患者的治疗效果。选取80例普外科手术患者作为观察对象,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。观察组患者行肠内营养支持,对照组患者行肠外营养支持,比较两种不同营养支持方式对外科术后患者的治疗效果。观察组患者施以肠内营养支持后平均病程、住院时间、排气时间显著优于对照组的肠外营养支持效果,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,对外科术后危重患者行肠内营养支持的效果显著优于肠外营养支持,缩短了患者的住院时间,有效降低了并发症的发生。
The research compares the treatment effect of enteral and parenteral nutrition support on critical patients after surgery.80 patients after surgery are regarded as the observation subjects,and they are divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.Observation group receive enteral nutrition support,and control group receive parenteral nutrition.Two kinds of nutrition support methods on the treatment effect of patients after surgery are compared.Average disease course,hospitalization time and evacuation time after enteral nutrition of observation group are significantly better than the parenteral nutrition support effect of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The research results show that the effect of enteral nutrition support of critical patients after surgery is significantly better than parenteral nutrition support.It can shorten the hospitalization time,and effectively decrease the complication occurrence.
