影响2型糖尿病患者治疗及血糖达标的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Treatment and Blood Glucose Standards of Type 2 Diabetic Patients

研究2型糖尿病患者治疗及血糖达标的影响因素。选择100例2型糖尿病患者,将其分为达标组与未达标组,均测定血糖达标率,分析影响血糖达标的因素。FBG达标率为37.00%,2 hPBG达标率为35.00%,HbA1c达标率为39.00%。年龄、文化程度、病程及支付费用方式是影响2型糖尿病患者血糖达标率的主要因素,结果可为后期实行个体化综合管理提供参考。

The research explores the influencing factors of treatment and blood glucose standards of Type 2 diabetic patients.100 Type 2 diabetic patients are selected,and they are divided into standardized group and non-standardized group.Blood glucose standard rates of two groups are compared.Influencing factors of blood glucose standards are analyzed.The FBG standard rate is 37.00%,2 hPBG standard rate is 35.00%,and HbA1c standard rate is 39.00%.Age,educational degree,disease course and payment method are the main influencing factors of blood glucose standard rate of Type 2 diabetic patients.The results can provide reference for individual comprehensive management in the future.
