摘要
分析分娩球联合自由体位助产护理干预对初产妇的影响。选取62例初产妇,随机分为常规组、联合组。常规组给予常规助产护理,联合组给予分娩球联合自由体位助产护理,对比两组的分娩结局和并发症发生率。联合组的自然分娩率显著高于常规组(P<0.05),产钳助产率及剖宫产率和产时并发症发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。分娩球联合自由体位助产护理干预可优化产妇的分娩结局,降低产时并发症发生率。
The research analyzes the influence of birth ball combined with free position midwifery nursing intervention on primiparae.62 primiparae are selected,and they are randomly divided into routine group and combination group.Routine group receive routine delivery nursing,and combination group receive birth ball combined free position midwifery nursing.Delivery outcome and complication rate of two groups are compared.The spontaneous labor rate of combination group is significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05).Forceps delivery rate,cesarean section rate and intrapartum complication rate of combination group are significantly lower than routine group(P<0.05).Birth ball combined with free position midwifery nursing intervention can optimize the delivery outcome of the puerperae,and reduce the intrapartum complication rate.
